Guarantee & Returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase if the item you have purchased from us does not meet your expectations. The purchase is complete when you have received and accepted the product.  If you are not satisfied, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of when you received your item(s).You have the right to open the packaging to verify that the item(s) are in perfect condition.

For us to accept a return the product must be sent back in the same condition as when you received it, and it should be returned in the original packaging together with all related manuals and parts. Please use the same delivery packaging or use equivalent packaging.  Upon satisfactory return, you will receive a refund (excluding the paid cost of return postage) from us within 30 days of our receipt of the returned item(s).





As a customer, you have the right to exchange your item(s) for an equivalent product within 14 days of receipt of the item(s), although the right of exchange shall not apply to sales and special-offer products. In order for a return to be approved, the item(s) must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging together with all related manuals and parts. The return must be made with the same packaging as when it was received, or with equivalent packaging. The cost of the return freight for the exchanged item(s) will be borne by us.



When returning a product to E3 Health Pty Ltd, please also send the following information with your return:

  • Your order number
  • Name and contact details
  • Reason for return
  • Would you like to change size? What size do you want?
  • Do you want a refund?
